Automatically obtaining of floor information

A radio signal apparatus, used in an elevator system and broadcasting an identity of the radio signal apparatus, wherein the identity comprises a floor information bit, and the floor information bit is used to indicate floor information of the radio signal apparatus.

A method for an elevator system, comprising steps of:

• recognizing an identity broadcasted by a radio signal apparatus without establishing a connection to the radio signal apparatus, wherein the identity comprises a floor information bit used to indicate floor information of the radio signal apparatus;
• and
• acquiring current floor information of the radio signal apparatus based on the floor information bit in the recognized identity.

A method for an elevator system, comprising a step of:

• broadcasting, by a radio signal apparatus, an identity of the radio signal apparatus, wherein the identity comprises a floor information bit used to indicate floor information of the radio signal apparatus.
