Closure with tamper-evident band

An assembly comprising:

• a spout applicable to a packaging body with film walls, comprising:
• i) a tubular body extending along a main axis rectilinear between an entry end and a dispensing end;
• ii) a connection portion, in correspondence of the entry end of the tubular body, for sealed connection with the packaging body;
• iii) an annular main abutment protruding radially outwardly from the tubular body;
• a closure with tamper-evident band, applied to the spout, comprising:
• i) a fixed annular band, snap-engaged with the main abutment of the spout;
• ii) a movable body screwable to the tubular body of the spout, the fixed band, with the tamper-evident band inviolate, being connected to the movable body through a weakened portion that joins a fixed edge of the fixed band and a movable edge of the movable body;
• iii) a tamper-evident ring integral to the movable body, terminating with an annular tamper-evident edge, housed, with the tamper-evident band inviolate, in an inner compartment delimited by the fixed band to be hidden from view;
• wherein the weakened portion is tearable due to unscrewing of the closure from the spout and the tamper-evident ring pops out of the inner compartment and is available, with the seal violated, so as to separate the fixed edge of the fixed band and the movable edge of the movable body.

A closure with tamper-evident band for packaging for containment of liquids, the closure being applicable to a spout provided with a tubular body provided with a main annular abutment and comprising:

• a fixed band engageable indirectly by the main abutment to limit axial translation in an unscrewing direction of the closure;
• a movable body comprising:
• i) a casing screwable to the tubular body of the spout;
• ii) a movable band joined, with the seal inviolate, to the fixed band by a weakened portion;
• a tamper-evident ring terminating with a tamper-evident edge, anchorable to the main abutment of the spout to limit translation due to unscrewing and reception, with the seal inviolate, in a compartment delimited by the movable band,
• wherein the weakened portion is tearable due to the unscrewing of the closure from the spout and the tamper-evident ring pops out of the inner compartment and is available, with the seal violated, so as to separate the fixed edge of the fixed band and the movable edge of the movable body.
