Exercise Apparatus

A multipurpose exercise apparatus providing support and varied tension for use in strength training exercises comprising:

• a core support area;
• at head support area;
• wherein the head support area is capable of being adjusted telescopically;
• a foot support area;
• wherein the foot support area is adjustable telescopically;
• a main support beam;
• a core support beam;
• wherein the core support beam runs perpendicularly to the main support beam;
• at least two legs, wherein the legs elevate the apparatus from the ground;
• a plank safety pad, wherein the plank safety pad is connected to the head support area;
• a foot support pad, wherein the foot safety pad is connected to the head support area;
• a body pad, wherein the body pad is connected to the core support area and located over the core support beam;
• a guide arm;
• wherein the guide arm is attached to the core support area by at least one fulcrum and
• a guide arm pad;
• wherein the guide arm pad envelopes the guide arm.
