A pharmaceutical composition comprising a fatty acid of at least C11 comprising a double bond between C10 and C11 and at least one of an adjuvant, a preservative, and a stabiliser.
A method of treating sepsis and/or preventing or treating post-sepsis syndrome comprising administration of an effective amount of a fatty acid of at least C11 comprising a double bond between C10 and C11 to a patient in need of such treatment.
