A transdermal absorption preparation comprising a support, and a drug-containing adhesive layer formed on the support, wherein
- the drug-containing adhesive layer comprises donepezil or a salt thereof, and a higher fatty acid salt, and
- the higher fatty acid salt consists of a salt of a higher fatty acid containing a carbon number of 12 or more and 30 or less.
