Nonwoven Fabric Dispenser

A nonwoven fabric stock dispenser, comprising:

• a body formed from a moisture impermeable material and including a front wall, a rear wall, a bottom wall, and first and second side walls forming an enclosure to receive a roll of nonwoven fabric stock, the rear wall having a greater height than the front wall;
• a support wall joined to a top edge of the front wall;
• a lid hingedly joined to a top edge of the rear wall, the lid having a first part extending over an opening in the body for dispensing the nonwoven fabric stock, and the lid having a second part extending over the support wall;
• a cutter disposed on the lid and movable along a path along the lid;
• and
• a plurality of fabric engagement structures provided on one of the support wall or the lid, the plurality of fabric engagement structures positioned adjacent to the path of the cutter when the lid is in a closed configuration.
