Comfortable anti-off sock and knitting method thereof

A comfortable anti-off sock, using a circular knitting technology or a weft knitting technology, comprising:

• a sock toe, a sock body and a sock heel;
• both the sock toe and the sock heel being connected with the sock body;
• wherein the sock heel comprises a first picking-needle area and a first inserting-needle area located at one side of the first picking-needle area near the sock toe, the first picking-needle area links the first inserting-needle area, and a plurality of first inserting-picking-needle areas are located between the first inserting-needle area and the first picking-needle area;
• and
• wherein the first inserting-picking-needle area comprises a second inserting-needle area located at an end of the first picking-needle area and a second picking-needle area located at a side of the second inserting-needle area, both the second picking-needle area and the second inserting-needle area link the first picking-needle area, and the second picking-needle area and the second inserting-needle area in a last first inserting-picking-needle area link the first inserting-needle area.
