A base station, comprising:

• a receiver, configured to receive uplink data sent by a terminal device;
• a processor, configured to decode the uplink data;
• and
• a transmitter configured to:
• when the processor correctly decodes the uplink data, send feedback information of the uplink data for indicating a decoding status of the uplink data, wherein the feedback information carries information about an identifier comprising an identity of the terminal device or an identifier of the uplink data.

A terminal device, comprising:

• a transmitter, configured to send uplink data to a base station;
• a receiver, configured to receive feedback information of the uplink data, wherein the feedback information carries information about an identifier comprising an identity of the terminal device or an identifier of the uplink data;
• and
• a processor, configured to determine, based on the feedback information, a status of decoding of the uplink data performed by the base station.
