Claims21
1-46. (canceled)
A complex comprising:
- a first capture reagent affixed to a solid support;
- a first analyte of interest comprising a first interaction unit and a second interaction unit;
- a second analyte of interest comprising a first interaction unit and a second interaction unit;
- a bridge unit;
- and a signal detection unit,
- wherein the first capture reagent binds to the first interaction unit of the first analyte of interest,
- wherein the bridge unit comprises one or more capture reagents that independently bind to the second interaction unit of the first analyte and the first interaction unit of the second analyte of interest;
- and
- the signal detection unit comprises a capture reagent that binds to the second interaction unit of the second analyte of interest,
- wherein the first analyte of interest and the second analyte of interest are E. coli analytes.

A complex comprising:
- a first capture reagent affixed to a solid support;
- a first analyte of interest comprising a first interaction unit and a second interaction unit;
- a second analyte of interest comprising a first interaction unit and a second interaction unit;
- a third analyte of interest comprising a first interaction unit and a second interaction unit;
- a first bridge unit;
- a second bridge unit;
- and
- a signal detection unit comprising a second capture reagent that binds to the second interaction unit of the third analyte of interest,
- wherein the first capture reagent binds to the first interaction unit of the first analyte of interest;
- wherein the first bridge unit comprises one or more capture reagents that independently bind to the second interaction unit of the first analyte of interest and the first interaction unit of the second analyte of interest;
- wherein the second bridge unit comprises one or more capture reagents that independently bind to the second interaction unit of the second analyte of interest and the first interaction unit of the third analyte of interest;
- and
- wherein the first analyte of interest, the second analyte of interest, and the third analyte of interest are E. coli analytes.
