Organic Electroluminescent Device And Manufacturing Method Therefor

An organic electroluminescent device comprising:

• a first electrode;
• a second electrode;
• and
• an organic material layer having one or more layers disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode,
• wherein the organic electroluminescent device further comprises a hole injection or transporting layer or a charge generating layer which is disposed between the first electrode and the organic material layer, between the second electrode and the organic material layer, or between the organic material layers when the two or more organic material layers are present, and is composed of a metal oxide comprising one or more of Group V, Group VI, and Group VII transition metals and one or more of Group I, Group VIII, Group XI, and Group XII metals.
