Abstract
A race reporting system is disclosed with a server connected to the internet to present a registration webpage to a remote race participant desiring to attend a race; a database connected to the server, wherein the database stores registration information made by the participant; a plurality of chip cards, and a plurality of chip card readers and writers. The system allows registration register until the race starts and after the start of the race and can also provide a profile for participants that keeps track of their racing statistics. Further the system allows bib or race number assignment at the time of registration.
Claims20
A system for event administration comprising:
- a management platform comprising software and a server operationally connected to the Internet;
- at least one user interface;
- an event;
- and,
- at least one event participant,
- wherein the at least one event participant accesses the management platform to register for the event through the at least one user interface;
- wherein the management platform assigns an event number for the event to the event participant at the time of registration for the event and communicates the event number to the event participant;
- and,
- wherein the event participant is able to participate in the event without further requirements.
A system for race reporting comprising
- a server operationally connected to the internet to present a registration webpage to a race participant desiring to attend a race, wherein it is possible for the race participant to register until the race starts;
- software;
- a database connected to the server, the database storing registration information created by the race participant;
- a plurality of chip cards;
- and
- a plurality of chip card readers and writers to read and write the chip cards.
