Laminating machine, laminating method, and manufacturing system for heat-insulating cardboard

A heat-insulating cardboard laminating machine, characterized by comprising:

• an adhesive-applying mechanism having a cardboard-pressing roller and a first adhesive-applying roller vertically aligned with the cardboard-pressing roller, wherein the cardboard-pressing roller and the first adhesive-applying roller form a gap therebetween through which cardboard is transportable by friction with the cardboard-pressing roller and with the first adhesive-applying roller;
• and
• a laminating section located downstream of the adhesive-applying mechanism and having an upper pressure roller and a lower pressure roller vertically aligned with the upper pressure roller, wherein the upper pressure roller and the lower pressure roller are horizontally aligned with the cardboard-pressing roller and the first adhesive-applying roller respectively, there is a second adhesive-applying roller near a lower end of the lower pressure roller, the upper pressure roller and the lower pressure roller form a gap therebetween through which the cardboard is transportable by friction with the upper pressure roller and with the lower pressure roller, the lower pressure roller and the second adhesive-applying roller form a gap therebetween through which a heat-insulating material is transportable by friction with the lower pressure roller and with the second adhesive-applying roller, and the heat-insulating material is rolled onto and adhesively bonded to a lower surface of the cardboard by the lower pressure roller.
