Abstract
A device can be configured to receive a transmission control protocol (TCP) packet from a user device and determine, based on data included in a header portion of the TCP packet, that the TCP packet includes a toll-free token. The toll-free token included in the TCP packet can be identified, an entity associated with the toll-free token can be identified, and an action can be performed based on the entity.

A device, comprising:
- one or more processors to:
- receive a transmission control protocol (TCP) packet from a user device;
- determine, based on data included in a header portion of the TCP packet, that the TCP packet includes a toll-free token;
- identify, based on the data included in the header portion of the TCP packet, the toll-free token included in the TCP packet;
- identify an entity associated with the toll-free token;
- and
- perform an action based on the entity.

A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing instructions, the instructions comprising:
- one or more instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to:
- receive a transmission control protocol (TCP) packet from a user device;

- identify, based on the data included in the header portion of the TCP packet, the toll-free token included in the TCP packet;
