Smart advanced content retrieval

One or more non-transitory computer-readable storage media comprising instructions, which, when executed by one or more computing devices, cause the one or more computing devices to perform operations comprising:

• training a neural network system using activity log data;
• determining one or more parameters to configure an acquisition of data at a first future time based on the training of the neural network system using the activity log data;
• generating a recommendation to acquire the data at the first future time based on the one or more parameters and the training of the neural network system using the activity log data;
• receiving a user input indicative of an acceptance or rejection of the generated recommendation to acquire the data at the first future time;
• and
• in response to receiving the user input indicative of an acceptance of the generated recommendation:
• obtaining, from one or more content delivery servers, the data at the first future time;
• training the neural network system using the received user input;
• determining, using the trained neural network system, a second future time to output the obtained data;
• and
• controlling a display to output the obtained data at the second future time.

A system comprising:

• one or more computers and one or more storage devices storing instructions that are operable and when executed by one or more computers, cause the one or more computers to perform actions comprising:
• training a neural network system using activity log data;
• determining one or more parameters to configure an acquisition of data at a first future time based on the training of the neural network system using the activity log data;
• generating a recommendation to acquire the data at the first future time based on the one or more parameters and the training of the neural network system using the activity log data;
• receiving a user input indicative of an acceptance or rejection of the generated recommendation to acquire the data at the first future time;
• and
• in response to receiving the user input indicative of an acceptance of the generated recommendation:
• obtaining, from one or more content delivery servers, the data at the first future time;
• training the neural network system using the received user input;
• determining, using the trained neural network system, a second future time to output the obtained data;
• and
• controlling a display to output the obtained data at the second future time.
