Device and water system for preventing the proliferation of living beings in water pipes

A device for preventing the proliferation of living beings in the water pipes of buildings, of the type the comprises at least a branch of hot water pipes, and cold water pipes, which end in at least one tap made up of a single module with two sections of the lines for hot water and cold water with connections to the hot water pipes and cold water pipes and with connections to the tap, characterized in that it comprises:

• a pump for water recirculation installed in a bypass line between the section of the lines for hot and cold water,
• at least first water flow regulation means, situated on the bypass line to one side of the pump, either allowing or not allowing the passage of water to the pump,
• at least second water flow regulation means situated on the bypass line, where the first water flow regulation means are situated, and
• a control system connected at least to said first water flow regulation means and the pump,
• at least first means for measuring the temperature, arranged between the connection to the pipes of the branch (21,31) and the bypass line above said bypass line connected to the control system,
• electronic means for activating the pump, connected to the control system, which activate or start up the pump, and
• electronic means for deactivating the pump, connected to the control system which deactivate or stop the pump.
