- a flexible body,
- wherein the flexible body comprises:
- an interior configured to house at least a portion of a plumbing fixture,
- an exterior, the exterior of the flexible body forming a decorative display, and
- a first opening positioned to accommodate a spout of a plumbing fixture;
- and
- a first flap attached to the flexible body of the device and configured to attach at least a portion of a plumbing fixture to the device.
