Some embodiments of the present disclosure provide a biosensor. The biosensor includes a sensor body and a cover disposed on the sensor body; an inner surface of the cover faces a sensing surface of the sensor body; and an outer surface of the cover is formed with a micro-nanostructure.

A biosensor comprising:
- a sensor body and a cover disposed on the sensor body;
- an inner surface of the cover faces a sensing surface of the sensor body;
- and
- an outer surface of the cover is formed with a micro-nanostructure.
