Abstract
The present invention is a sintering method of a ceramic for sintering characterized by forming a layer containing a carbon powder on a surface of an article consisting of a ceramic for sintering, and then irradiating with laser a surface of the carbon powder-containing layer of a lamination obtained.
Claims14
A method for sintering a ceramic, the method comprising:
- forming a layer comprising a carbon powder on a surface of an article consisting of a ceramic for sintering to thereby form a carbon powder-containing laminated layer, and
- irradiating with a laser a surface of the carbon powder-containing laminated layer.
A method for producing an article having a sintered part, the method comprising:
- forming a layer comprising a carbon powder on a surface of a non-sintered part of an article having the non-sintered part consisting of a ceramic for sintering to thereby form a carbon powered-containing laminated layer, and
- applying a laser to a surface of the carbon powder-containing laminated layer to sinter the ceramic located on a base side of an irradiated part, sequentially.
A method for producing an article having a three-dimensional sintered part, the method comprising:
- forming a layer comprising a carbon powder on a surface of a non-sintered part of an article having the non-sintered part consisting of a ceramic for sintering to thereby form a carbon powder-containing laminated layer, and
- applying a laser to a surface of the carbon powder-containing laminated layer to sinter the ceramic located on a base side of an irradiated part, sequentially, and subsequently
- forming a non-sintered part consisting of a ceramic for sintering on a sintered part,
- wherein the forming of the layer and the applying of the laser are repeatedly conducted after the forming of the non-sintered part.
A method for producing a ceramic compact, the method comprising:
- spraying a surface of a heated substrate with a slurry comprising a ceramic particle and a dispersion medium,
- wherein a concentration of the ceramic particle is from 5% to 80% by volume.
A method for producing a ceramic compact, the method comprising:
- coating a slurry comprising a ceramic particle and a polymer binder to a surface of a substrate, to thereby obtain a film-coated substrate, and
- degreasing a coat by heating the film-coated substrate from a lower side of the film-coated substrate,
- wherein the lower surface of the film-coated substrate is non-uniformly heated during the degreasing.
