This is a new style of simulated hand wash automated washing machine using zigzag-shape robot hands, made by light yet strong metal, that is initiated and facilitated movements by solenoid electric-mechanical linear actuators. The mechanism to transfer the movements from the actuators works similar to the bike mechanism from which transfers the movement onto belts and these belts will pull and push the zigzag-shape robot hands. The movements received by these robot hands on the walls and the floor of the machine shell next are transmitted onto a washer ball made up of sustainable, light, flexible, yet little stretchy type of rubber. There are other benefits from this new style washer that is environmental-friendly, low cost (building, repairing, packaging, shipping, storage, handling, etc.), and more beneficial.
b—I claim that, as described in claim a, the SHW Simulated Handwash Washer has a ball made by high-quality rubber (strong, light, flexible, little stretching), the container for the dirty clothes that goes through the physical shape changes during the process of washing, rinsing, and draining. The physical shape changes thereof are created by the motions of robot hands on the walls and at the floor of the machine via their solenoid linear electric-mechanical actuators and the wheel-chain-belt combination.
c—I claim that, as described in claim a and b, this washer ball, the container for dirty clothes, is hanged at the center of the machine shell by strong industrial velcro surrounding it. The ball has two layers with the same thickness of a quarter of an inch, inner net layer structure with square holes (of a quarter of an inch on each side) and the outer layer;
d—I claim that, as described in claim a, b and c, this machine use the mechanism of a bike with its wheel-chain structure to move the belts of the robot hands, and then the belts, in turn, move the robot hands as desired.
e—I claim that, as described in claim a, b, c and d, this SHW washer machine can weigh its load by two solenoid scales with censors at the floor to determine the correspondent water volume needed. Then, it sends the weight information to the control panel. The control panel analyzes and then sends signals to all other stations to prepare and to activate these stations (hot/cold water valves, robot hand actuator centers, drain valves, etc.) for the wash to start. This is environmental friendly and efficiently use of water and detergent.
f—I claim that, the different valve structures (hot/cold water solenoid valves, detergent automated solenoid releasing box, drain solenoid valves, floor scales, etc.) with these solenoid features and censors to be pre-programmed and computerized to execute the process of wash, rinse, and drain in an automated timely manner via an interactive interface as the control panel at the front view of the machine shell.
g—I claim that the shell is made into six pieces:
h—I claim that, as described in claim a, b, c, d and e, the advantages of this SHW washer:
i—I claim that, as from the above claim from a to h, the machine is composed of components that can be taken out separately. Different parts and components can even be replaced if they are malfunctioned;
