Abstract
This disclosure includes an end effector for harvesting fruit. The end effector has a housing and a plurality of tangs extending from an end of the housing. The end effector further has an oscillator device secured to the housing and the oscillator device in an oscillating relationship with the plurality of tangs.

An end effector for harvesting fruit, the end effector comprising:
- a housing;
- a plurality of tangs extending from an end of the housing;
- and
- an oscillator device secured to the housing and in an oscillating relationship with the plurality of tangs.

A method of using an end effector for harvesting fruit, the method comprising:
- providing the end effector proximate fruit to be harvested, the end effector comprising a plurality of tangs;
- and
- oscillating the plurality of tangs.
