Abstract
A device for coding video data is configured to determine a context for a first syntax element based on already coded information for a current block of video data, wherein a value for the first syntax element indicates whether there is at least one non-zero transform coefficient level associated with the current block of video data; and code the first syntax element based on the determined context.

A method of for coding video data, the method comprising;
- determining a context for a first syntax element based on already coded information for a current block of video data, wherein a value for the first syntax element indicates whether there is at least one non-zero transform coefficient level associated with the current block of video data;
- coding the first syntax element based on the determined context.
A device for coding video data, the device comprising:
- a memory;
- and
- one or more processors configured to:
- determine a context for a first syntax element based on already coded information for a current block of video data, wherein a value for the first syntax element indicates whether there is at least one non-zero transform coefficient level associated with the current block of video data;
- code the first syntax element based on the determined context.
