Method for transmitting uplink and wireless device using same

A user equipment (UE) for performing an uplink transmission in a wireless communication system, the UE configured to aggregate carriers and comprising:

• a transceiver configured to transmit the uplink transmission;
• and
• a processor operatively configured to control the transceiver,
• wherein the processor is further configured to:
• allocate transmission power to a first uplink transmission and a second uplink transmission when a total power in a transmission period including at least one or more OFDM symbols exceeds maximum power, and
• control the transceiver to perform the first and second uplink transmissions according to the allocated transmission power,
• wherein the transmission power is allocated according to priority information,
• wherein each of the first and second uplink transmissions is one of physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission, physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) transmission, physical random access channel (PRACH) transmission and sounding reference signal (SRS) transmission;
• and
• wherein the priority information indicates that the first uplink transmission is prioritized over the second uplink transmission if the first uplink transmission is the PUSCH transmission with uplink control information (UCI) and the second uplink transmission is the PRACH transmission on a secondary cell.
