Object detection system and method, and computer readable recording medium

An object detection method comprising the steps of:

• detecting an object from an input image;
• comparing object detection information corresponding to the detected object with one or more items of false detection information stored in a memory;
• outputting a notification corresponding to the object detection information when false detection information corresponding to the object detection information does not exist;
• receiving a user response to the notification;
• and
• when a detection error response to the notification is received, storing the object detection information corresponding to the notification as false detection information in the memory, wherein when the false detection information corresponding to the object detection information of the detected object is stored in the memory, the notification is not output.

An object detection system comprising:

• at least one processor configured to execute computer-readable instructions,
• wherein the at least one processor is configured to:
• store one or more items of false detection information;
• detect an object from an input image, compare object detection information corresponding to the object with false detection information, and output a notification corresponding to the object detection information when false detection information corresponding to the object detection information does not exist;
• receive a user response to the notification and, when a detection error response to the notification is received, store the object detection information corresponding to the notification as one false detection information, and
• not output the notification when the object corresponding to false detection information is detected.
