A portable communication device comprising:
- a touchscreen display;
- and
- a processor adapted to:
- display, via the touchscreen display, a first window associated with a first application and a second window associated with a second application concurrently, the displaying including displaying an image in the first window;
- receive a gesture input with respect to the image while the first and second windows are concurrently displayed;
- based at least in part on the gesture input, rotate the image while the first and second windows are concurrently displayed;
- and
- change an orientation of the image based at least in part on the rotation of the image while the first window and second window are concurrently displayed, a position of the first window is unchanged and an orientation of the second window is maintained.
A portable communication device comprising:
- a touchscreen display;
- and
- a processor adapted to:
- display, via the touchscreen display, a first frame in first window associated with a first application and a second frame in a second window associated with a second application concurrently, the displaying including displaying a image in the first frame;
- receive a gesture input with respect to the image while the first and second windows are concurrently displayed;
- based at least in part on the gesture input, rotate the image in the first frame while the first and second windows are concurrently displayed;
- and
- change an orientation of the image based at least in part on the rotation of the image while the first window and second window are concurrently displayed, a position of the first window is unchanged and an orientation of the second window is maintained.
A non-transitory machine-readable storage device storing instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations comprising:
- displaying, at an electronic device including a touchscreen display, a first window associated with a first application and a second window associated with a second application concurrently via the touchscreen display, the displaying including displaying a image in the first window;
- receiving a gesture input with respect to the image while the first and second windows are concurrently displayed;
- based at least in part on the gesture input, rotating the image while the first and second windows are concurrently displayed;
- and
- changing an orientation of the image based at least in part on the rotation of the image while the first window and second window are concurrently displayed, a position of the first window is unchanged and an orientation of the second window is maintained.
