Optical unit with shake correction function

An optical unit with a shake correction function comprising:

• a movable body comprising an optical element;
• a swing support mechanism configured to swingably support the movable body between a reference posture where an axial line previously set and an optical axis of the optical element are coincided with each other and a tilted posture where the optical axis is tilted with respect to the axial line;
• a fixed body which supports the movable body through the swing support mechanism;
• a magnetic swing drive mechanism configured to swing the movable body;
• and
• a posture return mechanism configured to return the movable body to the reference posture;
• wherein the magnetic swing drive mechanism comprises a coil fixed to one of the movable body and the fixed body, and a magnet fixed to the other of the movable body and the fixed body;
• wherein the magnet is polarized and magnetized to have different magnetic poles in a direction of the axial line;
• wherein the posture return mechanism comprises the magnet and a magnetic member which is attached to the one of the movable body and the fixed body to which the coil is fixed;
• and
• wherein a center of the magnetic member is overlapped with a magnetizing polarized line of the magnet when the movable body in the reference posture is viewed in a radial direction perpendicular to the axial line.
