Hybrid device for generating clean electric power

A hybrid electric power generating device (10), comprising a wind power generation module (11) and at least one solar energy generation module (12), said wind power generation module (11) being formed by a vertical generator (13), and said solar power generation module (12) being formed by at least one solar energy capturing plate (14), the hybrid electric power generation device (10) being characterized in that:

• (i) the vertical generator (13) of the wind power generation module (11) comprises a plurality of blades (15) axially and concentrically disposed in relation to a central shaft (111) of the vertical generator (13), said blades (15) being manufactured from polyethylene terephthalate and disposed on the central shaft (111) with an offset angle between each other;
• and
• (ii) the wind power generation module (11) receives in its upper portion at least one solar energy generation module (12) so as to provide electric energy cogeneration, said solar generation module (12) comprising at least one solar energy capturing plate (14) supported on a hydraulic mechanism that moves the solar energy capturing plate (14) so as to position it in more favorable directions for capturing solar energy throughout the day.
