Abstract
A method of transmitting and controlling uplink data includes: a base station allocating shared resources for transmitting the uplink data to at least two terminals in a cell; and the base station configuring the at least two terminals to transmit the uplink data without grant on the shared resources.

A method of transmitting and controlling uplink data comprising:
- allocating, by a base station, shared resources for transmitting the uplink data for at least two terminals in a cell;
- and
- configuring, by the base station, the at least two terminals to transmit the uplink data without grant on the shared resources,
- wherein the at least two terminals comprise terminals requiring low delay transmission, and the shared resources contain temporary resources.

- obtaining, by terminals, shared resources for transmitting the uplink data allocated by a base station to at least two terminals in a cell;
