Method and apparatus for performing network cooperative communication to distribute traffic in a wireless communication system

A method for receiving a downlink data signal from a base station (BS) by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:

• configuring, via a higher layer, a first power ratio parameter between the downlink data signal and a cell specific reference signal and a second power ratio parameter between the downlink data signal including a MUST (Multi-User Superposition Transmission) interference signal and the cell specific reference signal;
• and
• receiving the downlink data signal based on a downlink control signal from the BS,
• wherein, if the downlink control signal includes a third power ratio parameter between the downlink data signal and the MUST interference signal, the downlink data signal is received by calculating a downlink transmission power by using the second power ratio parameter and eliminating the interference signal from the downlink transmission power based on the third power ratio parameter.

A user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, the UE comprising:

• a radio frequency (RF) unit;
• and
• a processor connected with the RF unit,
• wherein the processor configures via a higher layer, a first power ratio parameter between a downlink data signal and a cell specific reference signal and a second power ratio parameter between the downlink data signal including a MUST (Multi-User Superposition Transmission) interference signal and the cell specific reference signal, and receives the downlink data signal based on a downlink control signal from the BS, and
• wherein, if the downlink control signal includes a third power ratio parameter between the downlink data signal and the MUST interference signal, the processor receives the downlink data signal by calculating a downlink transmission power by using the second power ratio parameter and eliminating the interference signal from the downlink transmission power based on the third power ratio parameter.
