Abstract
Embodiments are generally directed apparatuses, methods, techniques and so forth to select two or more processing units of the plurality of processing units to process a workload, and configure a circuit switch to link the two or more processing units to process the workload, the two or more processing units each linked to each other via paths of communication and the circuit switch.

An apparatus, comprising:
- a switching controller, coupled to a plurality of processing units, the switching controller to:
- select two or more processing units of the plurality of processing units to process a workload;
- and
- configure a circuit switch to link the two or more processing units to process the workload, the two or more processing units each linked to each other via paths of communication and the circuit switch.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, comprising a plurality of instructions, that when executed, enable processing circuitry to:
- select two or more processing units of a plurality of processing units to process a workload;
- and
- configure a circuit switch to link the two or more processing units to process the workload, the two or more processing units each linked to each other via paths of communication and the circuit switch.
A computer-implemented method, comprising:
- selecting two or more processing units of a plurality of processing units to process a workload;
- and
- configuring a circuit switch to link the two or more processing units to process the workload, the two or more processing units each linked to each other via paths of communication and the circuit switch.
