Nonaqueous electrolyte solution for secondary batteries and secondary battery provided with same

A nonaqueous electrolytic solution for a secondary battery which is used for a secondary battery, comprising:

• at least one component (A) represented by the following general formula (1);
• a component (B) consisting of a boron complex salt represented by the following general formula (2);
• and
• at least one component (C) selected from the group consisting of boron complex salts represented by the following general formula (3) (however, different from the aforementioned component (B)), boric acid esters, acid anhydrides, cyclic carbonates having an unsaturated bond, cyclic carbonates having a halogen atom, cyclic sulfonic acid esters, and amines represented by the general formula (4) and having an acetoacetyl group:
• in which the Mn+ represents an alkali metal ion, an alkaline earth metal ion, an aluminum ion, a transition metal ion or an onium ion, the R1 and R2 each independently represent any of a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms and a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms and having at least any one of a halogen atom, a heteroatom and an unsaturated bond, or the R1 and R2 represent any of the hydrocarbon group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms and the hydrocarbon group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms and having at least any one of a halogen atom, a heteroatom and an unsaturated bond, and are coupled to each other to form a cyclic structure, and the n represents a valence,
• in which the Mn+ represents an alkali metal ion, an alkaline earth metal ion, an aluminum ion, a transition metal ion or an onium ion, at least one of combinations optionally selected from the X1 to X4 forms a cyclic structure of —OOC—Y1—COO— and the remainder of the combinations forms a cyclic structure of —OOC—Y1—COO—, —OOC—Y2—O— or —O—Y2—O—, or the X1 to X4 each independently represent a halogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, an alkoxy group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, an alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms and having at least any one of a halogen atom, a heteroatom and an unsaturated bond, or an alkoxy group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms and having at least any one of a halogen atom, a heteroatom and an unsaturated bond, the Y1 represents a hydrocarbon group having 0 to 20 carbon atoms or a hydrocarbon group having 0 to 20 carbon atoms and having at least any one of a halogen atom, a heteroatom, an unsaturated bond and a cyclic structure, the Y2 represents a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms or a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms and having at least any one of a halogen atom, a heteroatom, an unsaturated bond and a cyclic structure, and the n represents a valence
• in which the Mn+ represents an alkali metal ion, an alkaline earth metal ion, an aluminum ion, a transition metal ion or an onium ion, the X5 to X8 are each independent and one or a combination of two optionally selected from the X5 to X8 form a cyclic structure of —OOC—Z—COO—, —O—Z—O— or —OOC—Z—O— in which the Z represents a hydrocarbon group having 0 to 20 carbon atoms or a hydrocarbon group having 0 to 20 carbon atoms and having a heteroatom, an unsaturated bond or a cyclic structure, or the X5 to X8 each independently represent a halogen atom, an alkyl group having 0 to 20 carbon atoms, an alkoxy group having 0 to 20 carbon atoms, an alkyl group having 0 to 20 carbon atoms and having at least any one of a halogen atom, a heteroatom and an unsaturated bond, or an alkoxy group having 0 to 20 carbon atoms and having at least any one of a halogen atom, a heteroatom and an unsaturated bond, and the n represents a valence
