Light-emitting device

A display device comprising:

• a driving transistor including a gate electrode and a semiconductor layer;
• a current supply line electrically connected to the driving transistor;
• a gate signal line extending in a first direction;
• a first source signal line extending in a second direction;
• a second source signal line extending in the second direction;
• a capacitor;
• and
• a light-emitting element electrically connected to the driving transistor,
• wherein the gate signal line and the first source signal line intersect with each other,
• wherein the gate electrode is arranged under and overlaps with the current supply line,
• wherein a length of the gate electrode along the second direction is longer than a distance between the first source signal line and the second source signal line,
• wherein the semiconductor layer is arranged under and overlaps with the current supply line,
• wherein the semiconductor layer includes a portion in the shape of an S-shape or a meandering shape,
• wherein the portion is a channel-forming region,
• wherein the capacitor overlaps with the channel-forming region, and
• wherein the capacitor includes the gate electrode as one electrode of the capacitor and the current supply line as the other electrode of the capacitor.

A display device comprising:

• a driving transistor including a gate electrode and a semiconductor layer;
• a current supply line electrically connected to the driving transistor;
• a gate signal line extending in a first direction;
• a source signal line extending in a second direction;
• a capacitor;
• and
• a light-emitting element electrically connected to the driving transistor,
• wherein the gate signal line and the source signal line intersect with each other,
• wherein the gate electrode is arranged under and overlaps with the current supply line,
• wherein a first length of the gate electrode along the first direction is shorter than a second length of the gate electrode along the second direction,
• wherein the semiconductor layer is arranged under and overlaps with the current supply line,
• wherein the semiconductor layer includes a portion in the shape of an S-shape or a meandering shape,
• wherein the portion is a channel-forming region,
• wherein the capacitor overlaps with the channel-forming region,
• wherein the capacitor includes the gate electrode as one electrode of the capacitor and the current supply line as the other electrode of the capacitor,
• wherein the driving transistor includes a channel length L and a channel width W, and
• wherein L>5 W.

A display device comprising:

• a driving transistor including a gate electrode and a semiconductor layer;
• a current supply line electrically connected to the driving transistor;
• a gate signal line extending in a first direction;
• a first source signal line extending in a second direction;
• a second source signal line extending in the second direction;
• a capacitor;
• and
• a light-emitting element electrically connected to the driving transistor,
• wherein the gate signal line and the first source signal line intersect with each other,
• wherein the gate electrode is arranged under and overlaps with the current supply line,
• wherein a length of the gate electrode along the second direction is longer than a distance between the first source signal line and the second source signal line,
• wherein the semiconductor layer is arranged under and overlaps with the current supply line,
• wherein the semiconductor layer includes a portion in the shape of an S-shape or a meandering shape,
• wherein the portion is a channel-forming region,
• wherein the capacitor overlaps with the channel-forming region,
• wherein the capacitor includes the gate electrode as one electrode of the capacitor and the current supply line as the other electrode of the capacitor,
• wherein the driving transistor includes a channel length L and a channel width W, and
• wherein L>5 W.

A display device comprising:

• a driving transistor including a gate electrode and a semiconductor layer;
• a current supply line electrically connected to the driving transistor;
• a gate signal line extending in a first direction;
• a first source signal line extending in a second direction;
• a second source signal line extending in the second direction;
• a capacitor;
• and
• a light-emitting clement electrically connected to the driving transistor,
• wherein the gate signal line and the first source signal line intersect with each other,
• wherein the gate electrode is arranged under and overlaps with the current supply line,
• wherein a length of the gate electrode along the second direction is longer than a distance between the first source signal line and the second source signal line,
• wherein the semiconductor layer is arranged under and overlaps with the current supply line,
• wherein the semiconductor layer includes a portion in the shape of a U-shape or a spiral shape,
• wherein the portion is a channel-forming region,
• wherein the capacitor overlaps with the channel-forming region,
• wherein the capacitor includes the gate electrode as one electrode of the capacitor and the current supply line as the other electrode of the capacitor,
• wherein the driving transistor includes a channel length L and a channel width W, and
• wherein L>5%.
