An information processing apparatus includes: a search unit that searches for a business process using (i) task features that are features in tasks of a business process and (ii) document features that are features of documents generated in the tasks, as search conditions; and a first presentation unit that presents a search result.

- searching for a business process using (i) task features that are features in tasks of a business process and (ii) document features that are features of documents generated in the tasks, as search conditions;
