Context-aware reputation of a place

One or more tangible, non-transitory, computer-readable mediums having stored thereon executable instructions for providing reputation of a place on a mobile device, the instructions to cause a hardware platform to:

• receive a location from a position locator;
• receive user profile, intent, and context data for a user, the context data comprising dynamic factors about the user, and the profile comprising relative factors about the user that are relatively static with respect to the context data from the user data engine;
• and
• determine a reputation for the location, wherein the reputation is based at least in part on a combination of the user profile, intent, and context.

A computer-implemented method of providing reputation of a place on a mobile device, comprising:

• receiving a location from a position locator;
• receiving user profile, intent, and context data for a user, the context data comprising dynamic factors about the user, and the profile comprising relative factors about the user that are relatively static with respect to the context data from the user data engine;
• and
• determining a reputation for the location, wherein the reputation is based at least in part on a combination of the user profile, intent, and context.
