Abstract
An electronic device and method therefor includes a display, a memory, and a processor functionally connected with the display or the memory. The processor is configured to detect a note event in a screen off state, display a first user interface for writing a note on the display, and receive a note writing input from a user. If an object for fixed display included in the first user interface is selected, the processor also is configured to display a second user interface related to a note.

An electronic device comprising:
- a display;
- a memory;
- and
- a processor functionally connected with at least one of the display or the memory, wherein the processor is configured to:
- detect a note event in a screen off state;
- display a first user interface for writing a note on the display;
- receive a note writing input from a user;
- and, if an object for fixed display included in the first user interface is selected, display a second user interface related to the written note.
A method of operating an electronic device, the method comprising:
- detecting a note event in a screen off state;
- displaying a first user interface for writing a note on a display;
- receiving a note writing input from a user;
- and
- if an object for fixed display included in the first user interface is selected, displaying a second user interface related to a note.
