Abstract
An electronic device and a content display method are provided. A content display method of an electronic device includes displaying an application in the electronic device; and changing a content display mode of the application, when a detected battery consumption of the application exceeds a threshold logical battery capacity assigned to the application.

A content display method of an electronic device, the content display method comprising:
- displaying an application in the electronic device;
- and
- changing a content display mode of the application, when a detected battery consumption of the application exceeds a threshold logical battery capacity assigned to the application.
An electronic device comprising:
- a touch screen that displays an application;
- and
- a controller that changes a content display mode of the application, when a calculated battery consumption of the application exceeds a threshold logical battery capacity assigned to the application.
A content display method of an electronic device, the content display method comprising:
- storing application battery assignment information including a name of an application, a logical battery capacity assigned to the application, a threshold logical battery capacity assigned to the application, and a content display mode change;
- displaying the application in the electronic device;
- and
- changing the content display mode of the application, when a detected battery consumption of the application exceeds the logical battery capacity,
- wherein the logical battery capacity of the application is the same as the threshold logical battery capacity of the application.
