Abstract
An optical film including: a film base material; and a matte layer formed on one surface of the film base material, wherein the matte layer is formed from a resin composition containing a polyol resin (A), an isocyanate-based curing agent (B) and an antistatic agent having a hydroxyl group (C).

An optical film comprising:
- a film base material;
- and
- a matte layer formed on one surface of the film base material,
- wherein the matte layer is formed from a resin composition containing a polyol resin (A), an isocyanate-based curing agent (B) and an antistatic agent having a hydroxyl group (C).

A method for manufacturing an optical film comprising the steps of:
- coating a resin composition on a film base material, the resin composition containing a polyol resin (A), an isocyanate-based curing agent (B) and an antistatic agent having a hydroxyl group (C);
- and
- heating the resin composition after coating to form a matte layer on the film base material.
