Abstract
A liquid sensor comprising a laminate including a first conductive layer, an insulation layer, and a second conductive layer layered in this order, wherein the laminate has through holes penetrating the first conductive layer, the insulation layer, and the second conductive layer in the lamination direction, and the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer are layers of a resin having electrical conductivity.

A liquid sensor comprising a laminate comprising a first conductive layer, an insulation layer, and a second conductive layer layered in this order, wherein
- the laminate has through holes penetrating the first conductive layer, the insulation layer, and the second conductive layer in the lamination direction, and
- the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer are layers of a resin having electrical conductivity.
