A system for managing transmission fluid temperature comprising:
- a transmission housing enclosing transmission components for transmitting kinetic energy and transmission fluid;
- and
- a heat exchanger within the transmission housing.
A method for managing transmission fluid temperature comprising:
- providing a transmission housing enclosing transmission components for transmitting kinetic energy and transmission fluid;
- and
- providing a heat exchanger within the transmission housing.
