Abstract
Disclosed is a method of adhering a translucent material on top of a central wooden platform of a weight lifting station to make a unitary structure, where the wooden platform or a design positioned between the wooden platform and the translucent material is visible through the translucent material after the translucent material and the wooden platform are adhered together.
Claims18
A weight lifting station comprising:
- a weight lifting rack adapted to support a barbell bearing weights in an elevated position;
- a center portion positioned on an underlying floor with said center portion extending under said weight lifting rack, said center portion comprising;
- a wooden platform;
- a translucent material positioned over said wooden platform;
- and
- a design positioned between said wooden platform and said translucent material, wherein said design is visible through said translucent material, wherein said wooden platform and said translucent material are integrated together as a unitary structure;
- wherein said center portion is at least three eighths of an inch (9.5 mm) thick.
