Abstract

To provide a fluorinated compound-containing composition which is capable of imparting excellent antifouling properties to an object (such as a hard coat layer) and which is excellent in compatibility and has foaming suppressed. This composition comprises the following fluorinated compound (A), the following compound (B) and a solvent (S1), wherein the content of the following fluorinated compound (A) in the composition is from 5 to 30 mass % to the composition, and the content of the following compound (B) is from 0.1 to 2 mass % to the composition, Fluorinated compound (A): a fluorinated compound which is a compound having a portion derived from a compound (a) having a poly(oxyperfluoroalkylene) chain and an active hydrogen-containing group, a portion derived from a compound (b) having a polymerizable carbon-carbon double bond and an active hydrogen-containing group, and a portion derived from a polyisocyanate (c), and which has no isocyanate group, Compound (B): a compound having a polymerizable carbon-carbon double bond and an active hydrogen-containing group.
