- culturing a Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast host cell or a culture thereof to produce the heterologous protein, wherein said Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast host cell comprises a modified Not4 protein according to SEQ ID NO:
- 4, and wherein said heterologous protein is an albumin, or a variant, fragment and/or fusion thereof.
