Flexible exercise station

A portable and removable mounted exercise station comprising:

• (a) an elongated anchoring member having top end and bottom end, wherein the elongated anchoring member is configured to be mounted or secured on a surface of an external stationary object;
• (b) a plurality of removable doorknob shaped anchoring modules removably secured on the elongated anchoring member;
• (c) at least one resistance band removably secured to the anchoring modules at different positions to increase or decrease resistance;
• (d) at least one L-shaped mounting bracket attached to the top end and bottom end of the elongated anchoring member;
• (e) at least one adjustable knot buster for the manipulation of muscle groups in the neck and shoulder area;
• (f) a plurality of screws for securing the doorknob shaped anchoring modules on the elongated anchoring member.
