Abstract
Provided herein are methods of treating a hematological disorder, a solid tumor, or an infectious disease in a subject in need thereof using natural killer cells in combination with a second agent, or using natural killer cells with genetic modifications for target specificity and/or homing specificity.
Claims214
A method of treating a cancer in a subject in need thereof, comprising:
- (a) administering to said subject an isolated population of natural killer (NK) cells or a pharmaceutical composition thereof;
- and
- (b) administering to said subject a second agent or a pharmaceutical composition thereof, wherein said second agent can be used to treat said cancer.
A method of treating a cancer in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to said subject an isolated population of NK cells or a pharmaceutical composition thereof, wherein the NK cells comprise a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR), wherein said CAR comprises an extracellular domain, a transmembrane domain, an intracellular stimulatory domain, and optionally a co-stimulatory domain.
A method of treating a cancer in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to said subject an isolated population of NK cells or a pharmaceutical composition thereof, wherein the NK cells comprise a homing receptor.
A method of treating a cancer in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to said subject an isolated population of Natural Killer (NK) cells or a pharmaceutical composition thereof, wherein the NK cells comprise a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) and a homing receptor, wherein said CAR comprises an extracellular domain, a transmembrane domain, an intracellular stimulatory domain, and optionally a co-stimulatory domain.
A method of treating a viral infection in a subject in need thereof, comprising:
- (a) administering to said subject an isolated population of Natural Killer (NK) cells or a pharmaceutical composition thereof;
- and
- (b) administering to said subject a second agent or a pharmaceutical composition thereof, wherein said second agent can be used to treat said viral infection.
A method of treating a viral infection in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to said subject an isolated population of NK cells or a pharmaceutical composition thereof, wherein the NK cells comprise a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR), wherein said CAR comprises an extracellular domain, a transmembrane domain, an intracellular stimulatory domain, and optionally a co-stimulatory domain.
A method of treating a viral infection in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to said subject an isolated population of NK cells or a pharmaceutical composition thereof, wherein the NK cells comprise a homing receptor.
A method of treating a viral infection in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to said subject an isolated population of Natural Killer (NK) cells or a pharmaceutical composition thereof, wherein the NK cells comprise a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) and a homing receptor, wherein said CAR comprises an extracellular domain, a transmembrane domain, an intracellular stimulatory domain, and optionally a co-stimulatory domain.
A kit for treating a cancer in a subject in need thereof, comprising:
- (a) an isolated population of NK cells or a pharmaceutical composition thereof;
- and
- (b) a second agent or a pharmaceutical composition thereof, wherein said second agent can be used to treat said cancer.
A kit for treating a viral infection in a subject in need thereof, comprising:
- (a) an isolated population of Natural Killer (NK) cells or a pharmaceutical composition thereof;
- and
- (b) a second agent or a pharmaceutical composition thereof, wherein said second agent can be used to treat said viral infection.
