Abstract
The present invention provides a composition comprising a prostacyclin analogue, derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, for use in preventing or treating the sinusoidal obstruction syndrome and/or hepatic veno-occlusive disease (VOD) as well as treatment regimens therefor.

A method of preventing or treating sinusoidal obstruction syndrome and/or hepatic veno-occlusive disease (VOD), comprising the step of administering to a subject in need thereof a composition comprising a prostacyclin analogue or a derivative or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
