Abstract
The invention provides a method for improving growth performance animals. In particularly, the inventors of the invention found that the addition of a proteolytic enzyme (protease) to regular animal diets results in a significant improvement of growth performance if the proteolytic enzyme is supplemented and combined with vitamin C.

A method for improving growth performance of farm animals, the method comprising the step of treating a regular animal diet with an efficient amount of one or more proteolytic enzyme (protease) in combination with vitamin C, a derivative or metabolite thereof.
Use of one or more proteolytic enzyme in combination with vitamin C, a derivative or metabolite thereof in a regular animal diet for increasing weight gain and/or improving Feed Conversion Ratio of farm animals.
