Abstract
A charging apparatus for a mobile device includes a charging apparatus case having a slot into which a mobile device is inserted and mounted, wherein the front and rear surfaces of the mobile device are exposed in the slot; and a UV light source configured to irradiate UV light onto the front and rear surfaces of the mobile device, which are exposed in the slot.

A sterilizing apparatus for sterilizing an electronic device, the sterilizing apparatus comprising:
- a dock;
- a charging port disposed over the dock and providing a connection with the electronic device;
- and
- a UV light source disposed over the dock and at one side of the charging terminal and configured to irradiate UV light toward the electronic device.

- a dock;
- a guide disposed around the charging port and configured to facilitate a placing of the electronic device into the sterilizing apparatus;
