Abstract
A mobile terminal includes a wireless communication unit communicating with a point-of-sales (POS) terminal positioned nearby, and a controller performing, when a payment event regarding goods occurs, payment regarding the goods together with the POS terminal using an image received from the outside, wherein when a facial image corresponding to the image corresponds to a previously registered user, the controller approves payment regarding the goods and generates evaluation information regarding the goods using the facial image included in the received image.
Claims20
A mobile terminal for processing payment for goods, the mobile terminal comprising:
- a wireless communication unit communicating with a point-of-sale (POS) terminal;
- and
- a controller receiving an image and communicating with the POS terminal to pay for the goods based on the received image when a payment request related to the goods is received,
- wherein the controller approves payment for the goods and generates evaluation information related to the goods by using a facial image included in the received image when the facial image corresponds to a previously registered user.
A mobile terminal comprising:
- a touch screen displaying information;
- a camera capturing images;
- and
- a controller that:
- activates the camera to capture a facial image of a user in response to a received search request;
- searches a database to identify goods related to evaluation information corresponding to the user's expression in the captured facial image;
- and
- controls the touch screen to display the identified goods.
A payment method of a mobile terminal processing payment for goods, the method comprising:
- receiving a payment request for the goods from a point-of-sale (POS) terminal;
- receiving an image;
- and
- communicating with a point-of-sales (POS) terminal to pay for the goods based on the received image,
- wherein payment for the goods is approved and evaluation information related to the goods is generated by using a facial image included in the received image when the facial image corresponds to a previously registered user.
A method of a mobile terminal processing payment for goods, the method comprising:
- activating a camera to capture a facial image of a user in response to a received search request;
- searching a database to identify goods related to evaluation information corresponding to the user's expression in the captured facial image;
- and
- displaying the identified goods on a touch screen.
