Abstract

[Solution] This solid pharmaceutical composition contains the compound represented in general formula (1), or a salt thereof, and a salting-out agent.

A solid pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound represented by general formula (1):
- (wherein R1 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms which one or two or more hydrogen atoms may be substituted with a halogen atom, an amino group, or a cyano group, R2 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group, or an amino group, R3 represents a hydrogen atom or a halogen atom, R4represents a hydrogen atom or a fluorine atom, and X represents a halogen atom) or a salt thereof, and a salting-out agent.
A solid pharmaceutical composition comprising:
- a granular substance containing a compound represented by general formula (1):
- (wherein R1 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms which one or two or more hydrogen atoms may be substituted with a halogen atom, an amino group, or a cyano group, R2 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group, or an amino group, R3 represents a hydrogen atom or a halogen atom, R4 represents a hydrogen atom or a fluorine atom, and X represents a halogen atom)
- or a salt thereof and a non-cellulosic excipient;
- and
- a salting-out agent.
