Configuration data as code

A system for providing services gateway configuration data, comprising:

• a hardware processor and memory;
• and
• software instructions stored in the memory and configured to execute on the hardware processor, which, when executed by the hardware processor, cause the hardware processor to:
• receive, from a services gateway, a request for configuration data;
• identify a first subset of stored configuration data that is responsive to the request, wherein the first subset of the stored configuration data is identified using a content of the request and a state of the first subset of the stored configuration data;
• and
• send, to the services gateway, the first subset of the stored configuration data.

A method for providing services gateway configuration data, comprising:

• storing an instance of services gateway configuration data;
• storing a flag in association with the instance of services gateway configuration data;
• and
• based on the flag, preventing access, by a services gateway, to the instance of services gateway configuration data.
