A composition comprising a mixture consisting of:

a. a prebiotic,
b. a probiotic comprising a mixture of Lactobacillus microorganisms produced by solid substrate and submerged liquid fermentation,
c. a postbiotic derived from the liquid fermentation medium of the Lactobacillus microorganism.
